Hi all on Sun  8- 13  I made  a stop at the Chesapeake  Bay 
Environmental  Center  in  Grasonville Md looking for shorebirds and herons  
and had some modest  luck . NO GULL BILLED TERNS  though .
Snowy Egrets      several
Great Egrets     10
Little Blue  Heron    2 immatures    1 of which was  mottled blue and white
Tri colored Heron   2 immature
Great Blue Heron
Green Heron   2
malllards      20 with one female with newly hatched  swimmimg young
Wood Duck  1 male  1 female
WILLET     1       a  year , state , county bird for 06. I   had one here 
about 5 years ago
Lesser  yellowleggs    2
Spotted  Sandpiper    1
Semipalmated  plover   2
Killdeer    2
Pectoral Sandpiper   2
Ruby Throated Hummingbird     4
Carolina Chickadee  1
Brown Headed  Nuthatch    2
Pine Warbler    2
Eastern Bluebirds      3
Mockingbird  4
Catbird        1
Blue Grosbeak   1 male with food
Cardinal     feeding fledged young
Housefinch  1 female or immature  eating  elderberries
Goldfinch  5
