Hi Winger,

A friend, who lives in the Montpelier section of Laurel, also had a Monk
Parakeet at his backyard feeder a couple of weeks ago. We live less
than 10 mi apart.

I'm not familiar with the nest you describe, but it has to be very close
to Montpelier where my friend lives - probably less than 3 mi.
