Yes, this is reviewable as a "subspecies or form unusual to the region".

There are two previous accepted records, as shown in our on-line 
database: Ft. McHenry (Baltimore) 9/26-30/2001 and Ocean City 
(Worcester) 11/13/2004.

Reports and images are welcome.
