As I recall, some one was keeping a list of those who had MOS plates and 
periodically published the list of those folks who gave permission to have 
theirs published so that when you pulled into a parking lot and saw an MOS 
plate, you'd know who was there etc.  Does anyone know if that's still being 
done?
