It's always sad when the swallows leave. We were at Hance Point on
Thursday evening
and there wasn't a Barn Swallow in sight (or hearing). I miss their
sociable twittering.
At the Conowingo Dam that afternoon, the wires that go from shore to shore were
lined with swallows, mostly Tree and Bank from what I could tell with
a quick look.
