   Don't we need permission from the county first to
build one. If we get enough volunteers, we'll save the
county some money for supplies if we all chip in for
several dozens of 2X4 plywood, 4 of 4X4 leg support to
hold platform, couple of 1X6 to create ramp wall w/
several cutoff 2X4 across top for walking ramp from
ground to platform, several 2X6 for railing to keep us
falling over. Also need thousands of 1/2 lb nails.
   I thought about getting one for the Big Sit in
October with the gang from "Sitting On Our Assateague"
because we lack any high view around us on the bayside
point parking lot. With my job loss, no chance for me
to chip in.
