This Saturday, Sept 2, Sean McCandless () will lead a trip for the Cecil Bird Club to Turkey Point for fall migrants. This is also the kick-off for the  2006 Turkey Point Hawk Watch season, and the trip will stop at the Hawk watch for a visit, perhaps see a few early hawks while fending off the numerous migrant warblers. The trip begins at the Turkey Point Parking lot at 7 a.m. The parking lot is at the end of Rte 272, about 13 miles south of the town of North East, through the town of Chesapeake Isles.
