From 2:30-4:30 PM, I went to Fort Howard in Baltimore County which overlooks
the Chesapeake Bay. I saw no Hurricane Birds. I also tried Miller Island
Road with the same results. The most interested site was 250+ Cormorants on
the 4 levels of railings on the (very Large)Miller Island Lighthouse -- with
a Peregrine Falcon at the top!
