The countdown to sparrows is starting! This morning we spent our time in the fields and found a single SAVANNAH SPARROW. Probably not a migrant but always nice to see. A small flock of BOBOLINKS and a WARBLING VIREO still singing on territory. A BALD EAGLE was nice to see perched along the river. A few weeks ago we confirmed them for my atlas block. We had been seeing them regularly and wondered about it. A single GREEN-WINGED TEAL.
