Slower at the park today, maybe due to unfavorable winds
overnight. Warbler highlights, all at the yard, included
NASHVILLE (seen by others), BLACKBURNIAN, and CANADA. The
full report of my personal observations is below. No sign
of the Connecticut Warbler seen by several observers
yesterday, despite a few concerted attempts.

I won't be back to the park until next week -- enjoy!

Checklist diary notes:
Slower day at the park, maybe due to unfavorable winds
overnight. Still some good birds, including nice views of
Canada and Blackburnian Warbler. Good showing of woodpeckers
as well. A large flight of grackles may have had other
species mixed in (the starling was one). No sign of
yesterday's Connecticut. There may have been a second
Blackburnian (female?), Veery, and Song Sparrow. At least
one of the sapsuckers was a juvenile. Other warblers seen
(not by me) included Blackpoll, Nashville, possible
Tennessee, Black-throated Blue, Black-throated Green, and
American Redstart.
