Hi,
This mornings weather was much more cooperative than yesterdays, and we had
a pleasant morning of birding at Blue Mash Nature Trail (Montgomery County).
Highlights were Pied-billed Grebe, Pectoral Sandpiper, Osprey, Sharp-shinned
Hawk, Cooper's Hawk, N. harrier, Red-shouldered Hawk, Swainson's Thrush, 7
warblers including Black-throated Blue and Green, Black and White, Magnolia,
Blackpoll, Palm and Yellowthroats, Rose-breasted Grosbeak, and Indigo Bunting.

As a group we saw 58 species, with 2 additional species as I talked in the
parking lot with one participant (and an old friend and birding companion from
way back); adult Red-tailed Hawk and Bald Eagle which both flew over us.

6 participants plus the leader.
