I visited Meadowbrook Park again this morning hoping to catch a hawk flight after the cold front, but again the score was zero. I was joined for most of the morning by Jo Solem. Birds seen included:

Canada Goose  115 in five flocks
Great Egret  2
Sharp-shinned Hawk  1 actively hunting
Cooper's Hawk  1, probably a local bird
Red-shouldered Hawk  1 definitely local bird
Ring-billed Gull  2
Chimney Swift  6, most seen at one time, actively feeding, not migrating
Phoebe  2
Blue Jay  19
Catbird  2
Magnolia Warbler  1
Palm Warbler  3, one Yellow and two Western
Yellowthroat  1 heard
House Finch  1 leucistic male, odd white patches on head and wings
