Greetings,

Other obligations kept me from chasing the Sabine's Gull, like the rest of 
state. - I Plan to try today at noon. However, I did spend the morning at 
The Turkey Point Hawk Watch. Conditions were less then favorable for a good 
raptor flight (or anyother movement for that matter); therefore, I only 
counted 15 hawks in about three hours (all accipiters). Notable was my 
first-of-the-season White-throated Sparrow...

Also, I had a hen Pheasant on Route 272 north of the park.
