My morning walk around Schoolhouse Pond was highlighted by an adult female
Nashville Warbler foraging in some of the pondside willows with a group of
Yellow-rumped Warblers and a Ruby-crowned Kinglet. There are still large
numbers of Yellow-rumped Warblers around the pond, and Canada Geese
numbers have increased dramatically over the past week. Other birds included
Wood Ducks and a Common Yellowthroat.
