Hi All,

I had not been to Great Oak Pd. for about a week so it was about time
for a look. Nancy and I stopped there at 4:30 PM this afternoon. There
were about 2000 Canada Geese and 1200 Snow Geese there. Among the
Canadas and Snows was an adult ROSS'S GOOSE with a ROSS'SXSNOW hybrid.
Also present were a single CANADAXSNOW GOOSE hybrid, and two CACKLING
GEESE. Other waterfowl included Canvasback, Lesser Scaup, Ruddy Duck,
pintail, and Green-winged Teal. There were also still some rough-winged
and Tree Swallows flying about, and two Lesser Yellowlegs.

Good birding,
