This is a late report, but I wanted to point out that Dhananjaya Katju 
of the District Department of the Environment has reported a Connecticut 
Warbler on two of his regular weekly bird surveys on Heritage Island in 
NE DC. The sightings occurred on October 12 and October 18. Details are
