Phil,

I've had no returns of the Monk Parakeet
(http://dbolt.smugmug.com/Animals) that visited here in Beltsville
during the last week of August, but the blue rumped Budgie Parakeet has
been at our feeders each evening for the past 4 days. It seems to have
survived the cold snap in fine shape, but I worry how much longer it can
make it.

In fact, the blue rump is here now.
