Yesterday at Town Hill highlights were 2 GOLDEN EAGLES, and 1 imm. N.
GOSHAWK * (there was some debate over whether this was just a Cooper's
Hawk; Bill Hubick's photos may tell us something more about this one)
with just a smattering of Cooper's and Sharp-Shinned Hawks and a few
Red-tailed Hawks. There were also numbers of TUNDRA SWANS flying over.

This morning I chased and found the RED-NECKED GREBE that John Hubbel
found yesterday. After that I went to the Spray Fields near North
Branch. The best bird there was a FOX SPARROW. There were also Swamp,
Song, White-Crowned, White-throated, and Field Sparrows and a few
flyover Pipits.
