We were up at the N. Shrike location in Frederick County from about 1140 to 1340 and the bird did not put in an appearance.  One guy had been there since 0830 and had not seen it.  Nice chating with other birders (Gerry Tarbell aside), but didn't get the chance to test the 400DO I've borrowed on him
