While birding the Picnic Area of the Loch Raven Reservoir this morning, 
I met Jim Meyers and Joanne Dintzis. We agreed on  our most notable 
birds of the day. They were
Green Heron (juvenile)
Golden Eagle (juvenile)
Merlin (juvenile)
