In addition to Mike's comments on the duck stamp, here's an abbreviated

The Philatelic Museum, which is across the street from Union Station on
the west side, is open daily from 10 to 5. They sell the duck stamps
there at the USPS philatelic store at the bottom of the escalator to the
left. If you choose to buy them online from usps.com, they charge you $1
in shipping. Not that big of a deal, especially if you are a stamp
collector and buy large amounts at a time. It beats driving anywhere and
they deliver them to your door!
