You should be able at any places that carry hunting gear.

Buy them, if you don't hunt or collect them, put them in a luggage tag and 
where them proudly so people know you are contributing to habitat.  [And 
perhaps to encourage others to do the same thing.]

If MD has a habitat stamp buy that too, even if you do not hunt.  As a 
friend said, habitat is habitat.
