It was late dusk when I stopped yesterday at the Rt 121 overlook to the lake. 
There was a large raft of white in the middle of the lake and unfortunately I 
didn't have decent binoculars in the car.  Has anyone seen snow geese at the 
lake in the last couple of days? Or were they something else?  Something 
startled them up off the water and they looked like geese, i.e., definitely not 
gulls and seemed too small for swans. Do swans even raft?
