David,

According to the Yellow Book, Baltimore Orioles can be found in
Maryland throughout the year. After the end of October, the
breeders have pretty much let but late migrants or confused
young-of-the-year are found right through mid-to late-January. From
then until about the 20th of April, BAORs are found occasionally,
depending on weather conditions, food sources, etc. During this
period the birds are few in number and often not found every year.

I hope this helps.
