Of possible interest were three Long-tailed Ducks present among the 17
or so species of waterfowl found during today's (December 16) brief,
noon-time visit to Piscataway Park, Prince George's county.  As is
typical of this species, they were not with the large raft of waterfowl
just off the boardwalk, but further out in the main channel of the
Potomac.
