OK, now I am really confused - this descibes exactly the bird I saw at Rose Haven Beach about 6 +/- weeks ago. (also one I saw at Blackwater about a month prior to that) that I called a Great Crested Flycatcher, wasn't happy about that ID and then decided maybe it must have been a really, really yellow phoebe. I been really studying pictures of phoebes and other flycatchers since this  latest sighting started all these posts - I really don't think what I saw was a phoebe - head was all wrong, colour is wrong.  I thought at the time it looked like a kingbird  - it was the only picture that really looked like what I saw, but being a newbie thought I must be wrong since they are not generally found around here.  I will be really eager to see any photos if anyone gets any.
