I just had a call from Rob Hilton saying that Jim Stasz and Hans
Holbrook have identified the bird as a Tropical Kingbird.  This would
be a first state record if accepted by the records committee and I
understand photos and video have been take.  See earlier messages for
directions.

   Reports from the Eastern Shore are that the flycatcher in Somerset
County is definitely of the Tropical/Couch's Kingbird variety. Several
observers are present taking photos and video.
