DIRECTIONS: from the Baltimore Beltway (I-695) take exit 26 south, York
Road, to Bosley Ave. Turn right onto Bosley. At the third traffic light turn
right onto Allegheny Ave. Proceed one block and turn right onto Central
Avenue, continue to 611 Central, where parking is provided beside and behind
the center. (The BYKOTA center was formerly the Towson Elementary School.)
