Had a nice morning on the C&O Canal from Pennyfield Lock walking upstream.  Two males and one female Northern Pintail in the second impoundment along with 2 male Gadwall, Mallards and Canada Geese.  Otherwise the usual suspects.  Thought we heard some frogs calling.  Details below from eBird report.
