I thought the state park buildings were closed from October-April.
Isn't the whole park closed in the off season?

I understand the DNR budget is nowhere near what is needed to maintain
existing facilities, let alone a new one. Maybe MOS can consider offering to
staff the passive-recreation area on a volunteer basis when the time comes.
