Birds in bars? ...

Hmmm ... back in the 1970s I travelled the world, to many strange and
wonderful places, but I can't tell you a single bird I saw during
that period; I wasn't a birder. I was, however, chasing other types
of "birds" back then, especially in bars ....

BTW, now that I'm older (and wiser?), a great location for birds in
bars is the beach bar at the Blue Waters Inn on Tobago ... Ruddy
Turnstones walking on the bar snatching up crumbs ... Bannaquit
trying to steal some of your drink ... priceless!
