   Debbie Terry and I birded northern Carroll County this morning with the highlight being a pair of GREATER WHITE-FRONTED GEESE.

Westminster Reservoir:

Red-tailed Hawk  4
Winter Wren  1
GC Kinglet  1 heard
YELLOWTHROAT  1 male still here, in cattails at the dam instead of the marsh
