Dave Brenneman and I searched for the Northern Shrike in the vicinity of Boog Road, Hampstead, around noon today without any luck.  However, we did see the flocks of White-crowned Sparrows and Horned Larks that Marcy Stutzman referred in her 27 Jan posting.
