Hi all,
My plan was to do the survey at Hart-Miller Island
this morning. After arrived at the dock at 645am, I
was informed by a night-shift worker that both cells
was completely frozen over and not a single waterfowl
there except a small raft in the bay. So i decide to
come back later this month and went on to Cromwell to
see what out there.
