Yesterday, Sue N. found a male Redhead at Lake Elkhorn. It was still
present today
as of 4:00 p.m. It can be easily seen from the dock, which has the only open
water, other than below the dam.
Also present were 5 Ring-necked Ducks, and a large assortment of mongrel
ducks. Plus a domestic Muscovy (present at least since the weekend), and
two hybrid geese, with Canada as one parent.
A Pied-billed Grebe was below the dam.
