I don't believe my original post ever went through.
Sunday we met for a rarity search but since there were few reports we went looking for our own.
We started at Centennial park where the hole in the ice held a nice variety of waterfowl.
COMMON MERGANSERS, CANVASBACKS, LESSER SCAUP, RUDDY and RING-NECKED DUCKS, BUFFLEHEAD along with AMERICAN COOTS.
We then headed to Underwood road where we found HORNED LARKS, KESTREL and SAVANNAH SPARROWS.
We finished at MOUNT PLEASANT where we had a nice area of activity near the bird feeders. FOX and AMERICAN TREE SPARROWS were in the nearby fields. TOWHEE, SWAMP and WHITE-CROWNED SPARROWS rounded out the morning.
