Potomac River at the Terminus of the C&O Canal in Cumberland:

Common Goldeneye  7
Ring-billed Gull  2  adult

Rocky Gap

American Coot  5  Another 3 or 4 appeared to be dead on the ice at the edge of a tiny opening.  The rest of the lake is completely frozen.
