Had about a dozen COMMON MERGANSERS, both male and female, at
Kenilworth Aquatic Gardens, DC, this morning, off the end of the
boardwalk in the channel. This is probably the same group that was seen
a few weeks back in the Anacostia River from the National Arboretum.

Not much else of note, excepting:

_ Fox Sparrows, small flock of 4-5.
    _ Swamp Sparrow, 1.
    _ Bald Eagle, fly-over adult.
    _ American Black Duck, 2.

    Good Birding!
