I stopped into Fisherman's park for a little while this afternoon. If anyone 
needs a Cecil or Harford County Golden-eye. Now is the time. There was 50 
plus scattered thru out. Also present, 38 Bufflehead, 2 American Widgeon, 4 
Hooded Mergs, 20 plus Common Mergs, 4 Black Ducks, 10 Mallards.

Yesterday, I stopped into the North East Town Park. There is a variety of 
ducks and Gulls. But man, I don't remember seeing so many Ring-billed Gulls. 
90% of the Gulls were Ring-billed. I would say there were aprox. 4000 Gulls 
there around 2pm.
