I birded Carroll and Howard this afternoon. Highlights were,

Carroll County - LE Owl - Thanks Bob
             Pintails - 10-12 on Piney Run Lake
             Great Black-Backed Gull - Piney Run Lake

Howard County - Raven - Between 70 and 140, cross street was Daisy.
               Woodcock - Annapolis Rock Rd parking area of Patuxent River State Park.
