Hi Lin and All. I have been having great looks at Woodcocks right off of Old
Field Point Road here in Elkton. Last night and this evening. They have been
landing with in 15 feet of me and my Son Drew.
From Elkton go down landing lane, Make a right onto Old Field Point Road. Go
aprox 2 miles and on the left hand side is a dead end street that's called River
bend pkwy. There is a road sign. Go to the end and continue on to the gravel
road. Ignore the signage of danger dredge spoils. Go all the way down the
gravel road. You wont be disappointed. There have been about 6 to 10
different ones there calling. The time to be there by is around 7:15 pm. They
were display better last night than tonight. It is a bit more windy tonight.
Also present at this Elkton marsh area yesterday.
