On the morning of Saturday the 10th I had 3 good looks at a rough-legged 
hawk in Annapolis. This was on the north side of route 50, right near 84 
Lumber and the self storage facility. I was not birding at the time, my father 
and I were running some errands and the hawk was in that general area each 
time I drove by. It was fairly close to the road and I got to see it from a 
different angle each time. The 3 sightings were between 9:30 and noon.  Later 
in the afternoon when I drove by I could not locate it.
