Hi all,

I spent some time at the terminus tonight, there were a few nice birds 
around including the White-winged Scoter that was originally found by Ray 
Kiddy.  Also there was a sizeable flock of blackbirds which had at least two 
Rusty Blackbirds mixed in.

Here are some of the birds-
Killdeer  1
Greater Scaup  1
Lesser Scaup  3
Redhead  2
Ring-necked Duck  6
Canvasback  5
White-winged Scoter  1
Wood Duck  3
Mallard  Many
Bufflehead  4
Brown-headed Cowbird  Many
Red-winged Blackbird  Many
Rusty Blackbird  2
