We spent some time out in the fields this morning in the western part of the county. The GEESE were moving in huge numbers - we counted about 3000+ in a couple hours. 2 flocks of TUNDRA SWANS in flocks of about 50 each. GREEN WING TEAL, PINTAIL, GADWALL, WIDGEON and WOOD DUCKS in the ponds along with WILSON'S SNIPE.
A TREE SWALLOW flew over. MEADOWLARK and SAVANNAH, SWAMP and an increasing number of SONG SPARROWS.
