The Eurasian (Common Teal) Green-winged Teal continues at Pennyfield. This morning this bird, again in the company of a female, was in the grasses on the far side of the second impoundment, a short distance (?18 feet) upstream from a large box marked 6. An American Green-winged Teal was directly behind box #6.
A Pied-billed Grebe was on the towpath side of the impoundment. No sign of the Blue-winged Teal.
