Hi,

On Saturday I birded my way out to Garrett County spending most of my time 
in Washington County with one quick stop in Howard and several stops in 
Allegany and Garrett Counties.  The bad weather made for an excellent day 
for waterbirds with large numbers of Horned Grebes and Red-breasted 
Mergansers and an assortment of other ducks, grebes and loons.  Also lots 
of Phoebes and some Bonaparte's Gulls.
