With hundreds of thousands of people "flocking" to the Tidal Basin I
didn't expect to see any good birds yesterday and today but I am glad
to report I did.

Monday, 4/2, naked-eye viewing (no binocs w/ me)
Ruby-crowned KINGLET singing its heart out at the FDR Memorial
Brown THRASHERs at the WWI DC Memorial.

Tuesday, 4/3, brought small binocs
HERMIT THRUSH at FDR
YELLOW-BELLIED SAPSUCKER at DC WWI Memorial
BROWN THRASHER at DC WWI Memorial
One remaining pair of REDHEAD ducks at Constitution Gardens
Am. WIGEONs at Const. Gardens
Am. COOTs at Const. Gardens
PIED-BILLED GREBEs at Const. Gardens

JUNCOs still hanging around...

Happy birding!
