Hi All,
Yesterday, April 5th, I visited Boog Rd. near Manchester, and saw
the following birds:
Sparrows---
Field--2
Vesper--3
Song--at least 15
White-crowned--7
D.E. Junco--one group of 18, then singles along the rest of the road
The other most notable sighting was:
Cedar Waxwing--13
Then there were the usual residents:
Canada Geese
Turkey Vulture
Rock Pigeon
Mourning Dove
Carolina Chickadee
E. Bluebird
N. Mockingbird
Starling
N. Cardinal
Am. Goldfinch--still in winter plumage here
And the many spring Am. Robins and Red-winged Blackbirds.
But NO Shrikes. :(
