Tomorrow night is the monthly meeting of the Prince
George's Audubon Society and the Patuxent chapter of
the Maryland Ornithological Society. I hope you will
join us there! The meeting will begin at 7:30 at the
College Park Airport Annex. As always, the program is
free and open to the public. See our website for more
information and directions to the meeting location.

Matt Perry will present "Polar Bears, Snowy Owls, and
the Ecology of the Frozen North"

The town of Churchill, Manitoba, on the shores of
Hudson Bay, is situated at the transition zone where
the boreal forest gives way to the arctic tundra, and
offers the most convenient access to that forbidding
region. Dr. Perry will review the ecology of this
fascinating region based on his six study visits to
the Churchill area. Please join us for light
refreshments and a great talk.

Thanks!
Lynette Fullerton
