Partly to mostly cloudy; 36-51 degrees; winds mostly from the NW, 0-12 mph;
visibility fair becoming good.
Raptor Observations:
Three adult Bald Eagles cavorting in the skies. A male Merlin sat in a tree
for about an hour providing nice views.
Non-raptor Observations:
16 Horned Grebes; fair movement of Double-crested Cormorants over the past
several days

Site Description:
Fort Smallwood Park is located on the western shore of Chesapeake Bay at
the mouth of the Patapsco River, 11 miles south of Baltimore, MD. Best
winds are from the southwest.
